From the President of the SAV Regional CLC’s desk:
I hope this message finds you well and full of holiday cheer! I am excited to share that this year, we will be adopting 30 military kids, 15 CASA kids, and over 30 Union kids for Christmas. This is in thanks to the generous donations by many of our local unions. Your continued generosity and support are what make this possible, and I am deeply grateful for your commitment to helping make the holidays brighter for these children.
We’ll be holding our Christmas events a little earlier this year, so please take note of the following date and details:
- Christmas Wrapping Party – Tuesday, December 10th, starting at 5:00 PM
- Our annual Christmas Wrapping Party will be held at IBEW Local 508 (1526 Dean Forest Rd).
- Special thanks to IBEW Local 508 for graciously offering us the space once again. I truly appreciate you allowing us to use your facilities and making the wrapping party possible.
- We will be wrapping gifts for over 75 to 80 kids so we need all the help we can get to complete this task. It is A LOT of fun and really brings out the Christmas spirit in everyone.
- As usual, we will have tons of food there. No one goes home hungry.
I am looking forward to another successful year of giving and can’t wait to see you all at these events. As always, thank you for your generosity, your time, and your unwavering support of this great cause.
