Services for Retired Brother Cecil Godwin will be at Jacksonville National Cemetery’s 30-minute committal shelter set for Friday, March 29, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the service and park all vehicles in Lane #1. At 12:30, a vehicle from the cemetery will lead all drivers in Lane #1 to the committal shelter, where military honors will be shown. Address is 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
