Savannah JATC Apprenticeship

 Thank you for your interest in our apprenticeship program! I have enclosed our (Information sheet download) that explains everything you need to know about our program.

On the first page is a list of things I will need for you to collect before I can schedule you to come in to fill out your application and submit to a background check. Within this list, you are required to obtain a TWIC and OSHA 10 card.

For OSHA 10, go to (https://www.careersafeonline.com/courses/osha-10-hour/construction). Under courses, you will see OSHA 10- Hour Courses. You will select OSHA 10- Hour Construction. Once you have paid for the course, you will be able to go back to your home screen and click on the course. At the end of the course, you will choose “Certificates” in the side menu. From there, you will be able to print your certificate. This certificate will suffice until your actual card comes in the mail.

You are not required to get the TWIC card until 30 days after acceptance into the program. For TWIC card locations, please visit (https://universalenroll.dhs.gov/locator?serviceCode=111111).

Once you have obtained all documentation required to attend the program, call us at 912-964-1989 to schedule a time to come in and fill out your application.
